Service Description

We typically meet with SSP clients weekly for 30 - 60 minutes. Our full cost is $175 per session, and one complimentary full hour session is included Psychotherapy or Polyvagal-Informed Coaching and Consulting. (Please note if you use BCBS PPO health insurance please let us know, the cost may be lower.) Please email hello@sspils.com to let us know your Insurance information so we can check eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

Please only book if you have a serious inquiry. There is a free consultation; however no-shows will be charged our normal hourly psychotherapy rate of $175.
